「SUMIDA ELECTRONIC VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT」が完了しました

2025年12月、ハイフォン市 An Phat 1 工業団地において「SUMIDA ELECTRONIC VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT」が無事完了しました。

SUMIDA ELECTRONIC VIETNAM CO., LTD 様は、2010年に設立された現地法人であり、スミダコーポレーション様の連結子会社です。親会社であるスミダコーポレーションは、日本国内だけでなく、ASEAN、ヨーロッパ、北米・中南米など世界各国に生産拠点・営業拠点を持つ多国籍企業です。自動車・家電製品・産業機械用アプリケーションに使用されるコイル関連部品およびモジュール製品のグローバルリーダーとして、高品質基準の製品を供給しています。

本プロジェクトは、同社が ASEAN の車載向け製品市場の成長に伴い、ベトナムにおける製造新拠点として新工場を建設するものです。Plus PM Vietnam は施工段階におけるマネジメント（CM/CS 業務）を担当しました。発生した課題に対し、発注者要求事項を確認しながら、お客様と共に一つ一つ解決していくことでプロジェクトの推進を支援いたしました。弊社スタッフが一丸となって品質・コスト・スケジュールのマネジメントを行い、無事工事完了を迎えることができました。

この新工場の竣工により、ASEAN で高まる車載向け製品需要に対し、生産能力の増強による安定した製品供給体制の確立が可能となります。同社の成長は環境負荷の低減に寄与し、ベトナムおよびASEAN地域全体における持続可能な社会の発展を支えるものと考えています。

Successful Completion of "The SUMIDA ELECTRONIC VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT".

In December 2025, the "SUMIDA ELECTRONIC VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT" was successfully completed at An Phat 1 Industrial Park, Hai Phong City (formerly Hai Duong Province), Vietnam.

SUMIDA ELECTRONIC VIETNAM CO., LTD., established in 2010, is a Vietnam-based subsidiary of Sumida Corporation - a multinational enterprise with production and sales bases not only in Japan but also across ASEAN, Europe, and the Americas. As a global leader in coil-related components and module products for automobiles, home appliances, and industrial machinery, Sumida Corporation is recognized for delivering products that meet stringent global quality standards.

This project involved the construction of a new manufacturing factory, serving as SUMIDA's expanded production base in Vietnam to support the rapid growth of the Automotive applications market in ASEAN. Plus PM Vietnam provided Construction Management/Construction Supervision (CM/CS) services throughout the construction stage. During project execution, various challenges arose, and Plus PM Vietnam worked closely with the client to address each issue in a timely manner, and aligning solutions with the client's requirements. Through strong collaboration and a unified project team, Plus PM Vietnam effectively managed quality, cost, and schedule, successfully delivering the project to completion.

With the completion of this new factory, SUMIDA is expected to significantly enhance its production capacity and establish a stable supply system to meet the increasing demand for automotive applications-related products across ASEAN. Plus PM Vietnam believes that SUMIDA's continued growth will contribute to reducing environmental impact, supporting the development of a sustainable society in Vietnam and the wider ASEAN region.
