「HAI DUONG GARDEN - APARTMENT ROOM RENOVATION PROJECT」が完了しました

2026年5月、ベトナム・ハイフォン市において、「HAI DUONG GARDEN APARTMENT ROOM RENOVATION PROJECT」が無事完了しました。
HAI DUONG GARDENは、ハイフォン市（旧ハイズオン市エリア）に位置するサービスアパートメントです。事業主のTM VIETNAM DEVELOPMENT様は、ビジネス拠点の一つである同市において、宿泊者に落ち着きのある快適な客室環境を提供しています。
本プロジェクトは、3階客室8室を対象とした改修工事です。既存施設の魅力をさらに高め、宿泊者により良いサービスを提供できる施設とすることを目的として実施されました。

Plus PM Vietnamは、本プロジェクトにおいて事業主様側の立場からサイトオブザベーション支援業務を担当しました。既存施設の改修工事では、工事の進捗や品質の確認に加え、運営中の施設としての使いやすさや、限られた工期の中でのスケジュール管理・調整が重要となります。そのため事業主様のご要望を踏まえながら、工程・品質・引渡しに関する要点を整理し、プロジェクトが円滑に進むよう支援しました。
また建築の専門家として、現場の品質確認はもちろんのこと、工事中に確認すべき事項や判断が必要なポイントを明確にし、完成に向けた関係者間の調整をサポートしました。

HAI DUONG GARDENをより良い空間にするという共通の目的のもと、事業主様、コントラクター様、Plus PM Vietnamが連携し、本プロジェクトは無事に完了しました。
今後もベトナムにおけるホテル・サービスアパートメントをはじめとした各種建設・改修プロジェクトにおいて、事業主様への支援を通して施設価値の向上に貢献してまいります。

Successful Completion of the "HAI DUONG GARDEN - APARTMENT ROOM RENOVATION PROJECT"

In May 2026, the "HAI DUONG GARDEN APARTMENT ROOM RENOVATION PROJECT" was successfully completed in Hai Phong City, Vietnam. HAI DUONG GARDEN is a serviced apartment located in Hai Phong City, formerly part of Hai Duong Province.
With many industrial parks in the surrounding area, Hai Phong is one of the region's key business hubs, and HAI DUONG GARDEN provides guests with a calm and comfortable accommodation environment. This project involved the renovation of eight guest rooms on the third floor. The project was carried out to further enhance the value of the existing facility and provide guests with a more comfortable accommodation environment.

Plus PM Vietnam provided Site Observation support services for this project from the Client's perspective. In renovation projects for existing facilities, it is important not only to monitor construction progress and quality, but also to consider the usability of the facility during operation and effectively manage and coordinate the schedule within a limited construction period. Based on the Client's requirements, we reviewed and organized the key points related to schedule management, quality control, and handover, and supported the smooth progress of the project.
As construction professionals, we not only carried out on-site quality inspections but also identified items requiring verification and key decision-making points during construction, while supporting coordination among the project parties throughout the project until completion.

With the shared goal of creating a better space for HAI DUONG GARDEN, the Client, the Contractor, and Plus PM Vietnam worked together, and the project was successfully completed. We will continue to support various construction and renovation projects in Vietnam, including hotels and serviced apartments, from the Client's perspective, helping improve facility value through project management, quality control, schedule management, and coordination among all project stakeholders.
