ベトナム初の新工場建設を、入札支援からPM・Construction Supervisionまで一貫支援

2026年7月、ベトナム・ホーチミン市タンフオック区（旧バリア＝ブンタウ省フーミー市）のPhu My 3特別工業団地において、「HIROCHIKU FACTORY PROJECT」が竣工しました。
HIROCHIKU ASIA VIETNAM CO., LTD.様は、工業炉や焼却炉の建設、耐火物・プラント施工などを手掛ける株式会社広築様が2024年8月に設立したベトナム現地法人です。

Plus PM Vietnam（以下、PPMV）は2024年より本プロジェクトに参画し、土地契約後の設計施工者の入札・選定支援から、設計マネジメント、施工段階のプロジェクトマネジメント（PM）・Construction Supervision（CS）まで、広築グループにとってベトナム初となる新工場建設を一貫して支援しました。

特に施工段階では、発注者側の建設コンサルタントとして、現場常駐スタッフによる日々の施工状況の確認に加え、バックオフィスのエンジニアによる図面・関連資料の照査、工程確認、定期的なサイトオーディット（現場監査）などを実施しました。
設計図書や発注者要求との相違、品質上の懸念事項については、施工者との協議を通じて必要な対応や是正を求めるとともに、変更事項に関する発注者の意思決定を支援しました。
こうしたPM・CS業務を通じて、日本企業の要求をベトナムでの施工へ適切に反映し、発注者が品質や工程を把握しながらプロジェクトを進められる体制づくりを支援しました。

PPMVは、ベトナムにおける工場建設をはじめとする建設プロジェクトにおいて、発注者の立場から品質・工程を中心にプロジェクト全体をマネジメントしています。日系ゼネコン・ローカルゼネコンを問わず、それぞれの施工体制やプロジェクト特性に応じて、日本企業の要求を現地の設計・施工へ適切に反映し、より良い建設投資の実現を支援しています。

Comprehensive Support for Hirochiku Group's First Factory Project in Vietnam, from Tender Support through PM and Construction Supervision

In July 2026, the "HIROCHIKU FACTORY PROJECT" was successfully completed at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park in Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (formerly Phu My City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province).
HIROCHIKU ASIA VIETNAM CO., LTD. is the Vietnamese subsidiary of Hirochiku Co., Ltd., which provides a wide range of services including the construction of industrial furnaces and incinerators, refractory works, and plant construction. The Vietnamese subsidiary was established in August 2024.

Plus PM Vietnam ("PPMV") joined the project in 2024 and provided comprehensive support for Hirochiku Group's first new factory project in Vietnam, covering tendering and selection of the design-build contractor following the conclusion of the land contract, design management, and project management (PM) and Construction Supervision (CS) during the construction stage.

During the construction stage in particular, PPMV acted as the Client's construction consultant. In addition to daily construction monitoring by on-site staff, PPMV's back-office engineers reviewed drawings and related documents, monitored the construction schedule, and conducted regular site audits.
Where discrepancies with the design documents or the Client's requirements were identified, or where quality concerns arose, PPMV coordinated with the contractor and requested the necessary actions and corrective measures. PPMV also supported the Client's decision-making regarding changes during the project.

Through these PM and CS services, PPMV supported the appropriate implementation of the Japanese Client's requirements in the construction work in Vietnam and helped establish a project management framework that enabled the Client to maintain visibility over quality and schedule throughout the project.
PPMV manages factory construction and other construction projects in Vietnam from the Client's perspective, with a particular focus on quality and schedule.
Whether working with Japanese or local general contractors, PPMV supports the appropriate implementation of Japanese clients' requirements in local design and construction, taking into account the project characteristics and each contractor's organizational structure, to help clients achieve better value from their construction investment .
