「Multi-Level Hai Phong School Project」の地鎮祭が執り行われました

ベトナム・ハイフォンの学校建設をプロジェクトマネジメントおよび施工監理で支援

2026年9月16日、ベトナム・ハイフォン市のVSIP Hai Phongにおいて、「Multi-Level Hai Phong School Project」の地鎮祭が執り行われました。
本プロジェクトは、SH INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM EDUCATION LTDが計画する学校建設プロジェクトです。建物は地上5階建て、延床面積約18,000㎡の規模で、1,000人を超える生徒の受け入れを予定しています。

Plus PM Vietnam（以下、PPMV）は、これまで本プロジェクトの設計段階および施工者選定段階を支援しており、このたび無事着工を迎えました。今後も発注者側の建設コンサルタントとして、プロジェクトマネジメント（PM）および施工監理（CS）業務を担います。業務を通して、発注者の要求事項を踏まえ、設計者、施工者をはじめとするプロジェクト関係者との調整を行うとともに、品質・工程・安全面を確認し、生徒たちにとって安全で快適な学習環境の実現に向けて、竣工まで一貫してプロジェクトを支援してまいります。

PPMVは、ベトナムにおいて、学校、工場、商業施設などの建設プロジェクトを発注者側の立場から支援しています。

Supporting the School Construction Project in Hai Phong, Vietnam through Project Management and Construction Supervision

On September 16, 2026, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the "Multi-Level Hai Phong School Project" at VSIP Hai Phong in Hai Phong City, Vietnam.
The project is a new school development planned by SH INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM EDUCATION LTD.The building will consist of five above-ground floors with a total floor area of approximately 18,000 m² and will accommodate more than 1,000 students.

Plus PM Vietnam (PPMV) has supported the project through the design and contractor selection stages. With construction now underway, PPMV will continue to serve as the Client's construction consultant, providing Project Management (PM) and Construction Supervision (CS) services through to project completion.
PPMV will coordinate closely with the designers, contractor, and other project stakeholders while ensuring that the Client's requirements are properly reflected and monitoring quality, schedule, and safety. Through these efforts, PPMV will support the creation of a safe and comfortable learning environment for students.

PPMV supports construction projects in Vietnam, including schools, factories, and commercial facilities, from the Client's perspective.
